Screen – Customer Contact

The Customer Contact screen is used in conjunction with a current booking to send SMS messages or perform a voice call to the customer. An example of the screen is shown below:

Voice Call

A voice call is started by pressing the “Call Customer” button at the top of the screen. This will start a normal phone call to the customer.

SMS Messages

An SMS Message can be sent to the customer using one of the pre-configured message buttons. Pressing an SMS button will send the desired message to the customer immediately. Note that the content of messages is set on a fleet by fleet basis and tailored to the pick up location.
